OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Arrow Force is seeking a motivated and outgoing Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys combining sales, marketing, and community engagement efforts to drive business growth.

Position Overview

The Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, supporting marketing initiatives, and strengthening relationships within the community. This individual will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, managing outreach efforts, and representing Alias at community events and industry engagements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead generation and prospecting using the company’s customer database to identify, research, and qualify new leads aligned with target customer profiles
  • Enter, update, and maintain lead and contact records in CRM systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Qualify and bid state contract opportunities
  • Track outreach activities, email campaigns, and follow-up tasks using HubSpot
  • Conduct sales-focused drop-ins and make cold and warm outreach calls
  • Attend Chamber of Commerce events and other community engagements
  • Assist the marketing team with planning and executing community events and conferences
  • Support tradeshow preparation, including booth setup and engagement with attendees
  • Draft and schedule social media content to promote campaigns, events, and brand messaging
  • Execute outreach campaigns including email sequences, targeted messaging, and community promotions
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure outreach aligns with overall campaign strategies

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Comfortable with sales outreach, including cold calling and in-person engagement
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Experience in marketing, sales, or community engagement is preferred

Work Schedule and Classification

This is a full-time, salaried (exempt) position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.

  • Standard working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on events and outreach activities

As an exempt employee, this position is not eligible for overtime pay.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $42,500 – $55,000 annually
  • Paid on a bi-monthly basis
  • Eligible for revenue-based bonus opportunities
